Manual is required to connect the earbuds to Bluetooth for the first time.

If there is no matching prompt when you take out the earphones, you can long press the white button at the bottom of the charging case to activate the earphones. Hold the unlocked phone, and follow the on-screen directions when using the Ablebuds free. In the regular Bluetooth settings menu, you can also pair a device. For more personalized settings, Please go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the UMIDIGI app.

  • Suddenly unable to charge the right earbuds?
  1. Check the UMIDIG APP and verify if the charging case has power.
  2. If the earbuds still cannot be charged with a fully charged case, use a clean tissue to gently wipe the metal contacts between the earbuds and the charging case. Possibly a poor connection.
